Autumnal stone fruits and apples are transformed by ginger, cinnamon, allspice and clove to create a warming winter chutney. Delicious with meat, even better with cheese.
Ingredients: Plums, malt vinegar, apples, onions, granulated sugar, raisins, carrots, cloves, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.
A little about Ginger & Juice…
The name behind the brand, Lucinda ‘Juice’ Notley, a self-confessed foodie, started Ginger & Juice in 2017. It began with an Instagram account documenting Lucinda’s food journey at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland and then during her years in London as an Assistant Food Stylist, Supper Club Host and Cookery Teacher.
However, bubbling away in the background was the dream to leave London and create a collection of jams, chutneys and marmalades in North Norfolk, home to Lucinda’s Grandparents and treasured family holidays. The idea to create a seasonal collection evolved as 2020 unfolded and Ginger & Juice preserves was born.
