One of the best things about our little shop on the corner of Mill Street is that I get to hang out with lovely people all day. So many different people, doing different things and living different lives that I’m lucky to be a part of - even if just for a snippet while you grab a coffee.

So many of you have become great friends; little treasures popping into my life and brightening up my days.

This one is no exception & when @salscullen messages me on a Sunday afternoon to tell me she’s been a busy bee creating this beautiful wreath to adorn our door, I can’t even begin to tell you...

So when you pass by the wreath hanging on our door, it’s a reminder of all the good and all the kindness in this wonky world.

There are many reasons we love it; its smoothness, it’s careful richness, how it stands on its lonesome but carries so beautifully when paired up with milk.

I’ve been trying to find some festive sparkle to jazz things up a bit around here. Do you know what, I think I may have started to find some.

I always struggle with thinking Christmas before December comes but having a business means you kinda gotta. Based on this, I’ve pre ordered my Christmas spirit and it’s due to arrive on November 25th.

A whole month of sparkles, jolly tunes, twinkling lights, lovely people and cosy evenings.

Well, what’s not to love. If there’s any year to embrace it, this is it.

How did Sunday come around again?

We’ve had a week of trying to fit everything in and not being that successful. There’s still a lot left on that to do list. Anyone else?

So today is a day where I bring out the A3 pad & we get back on track, reset for next week. His names Brad the Pad incase you were wondering. He came on a night out with me once but that’s a story for another day. Don’t want to give you all my Instagram gold in one hit.

At the start of the last lockdown I started writing Ta Da lists instead - a list of all the things I’d achieved that day. So next week that’s a thing again, it’s a good one for the soul.

Hope you all have something lovely planned for your Sundays. As well as hanging out with Brad, we’ll be enjoying a walk with a lovely friend too and of course can always squeeze in a glass of the red stuff. Cheers to Sunday’s 💃.
